some extra backstory for you -neapolitan isn't her real name it's actually lyra. -some sort of witch "cursed" her with the wings on her head, and also gave her the magic she possesses. -her staff was created by a crackpot blacksmith that operates out of a penthouse. -she learned her magic from a weird and empty section of the library -her magic looks and works in a similar way to the pink knight in castle crashers -if it wasn't obvious she watched sailor moon and cardcaptor sakura as a child

so neapolitan is a freelance magical girl. currently that means she's entertainment at birthday parties but occasionally that means beating up supernatural beings. her magic stems from her staff but also from the power of friendship. the wings on her hair expand to be bigger so she can jump higher and fly for small periods of time. i also have some miscellaneous details about her. she is very effective on opponents with lactose intolerance and people who hate sweets but is very susceptible to heat. she's always cold to the touch and loves ice cream. she likes chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla, but she likes them all together better. she's 5'2 with her heeled boots and her hair is naturally pink. she can cast some magic naturally but it is much more powerful with her staff. she always wears leg warmers because her legs get cold easily, and she hates getting her hair wet because it makes it frizzy.
