MY BOYFRIEND'S TAKING ME TO THE ZOO TOMORROW YAYAYAYAYAYAYYAYAYAYAYAYAY

My computer is... not great. And now anytime I try and open a large project in Premiere Pro, the program freezes and I can't do anything. I can't work on the video archive, nor a very important film analysis video (yes it's Boxtrolls omg how'd you know) I know it sounds a bit silly, but I feel a bit numb.

I don't know if I've talked about this project here... since early 2021 I've been working on something I call "The LAIKA Digital Archive" It's a string of Google Documents that contain just about every bit of behind-the-scenes material I can find on the internet. Portfolios, articles, Etc. But of course, most behind-the-scenes are videos, And you can't put Videos in a Google Document so I also have a "video archive" that I've been working on using Adobe Premiere Pro. My motive for making it is simple, I think it's cool as shit, and I want to help people who want to learn about these films so they don't have to spend hours looking for it themselves. It's one of my favorite things to do and I think about it constantly. Long story short, my mother accidentally deleted Adobe Premiere Pro off of my computer and there was no way to reinstall the version that I was using, so we installed a more recent version.
