i think it's important for you to realize that what you have are possible symptoms that can lead to a possible diagnosis, it's important to not invalidate what you are experiencing because it's possible that it could really be a symptom of ocd or any other condition that carries those traits, the best you can do until you can get a proper diagnosis is research more into similar conditions and kinda take a moment to see what other symptoms you have and go from there
