Animation Paper is a free animation software that mimics traditional animation methods (Able to trace a frame off pegs, using x-sheets, limited drawing tools and colors). It's still in the works but it works very well for animation like that on flipanim.

Having been quite a while since I’ve been on this site, using Animation Paper in school, it was exciting re-learning how the software works haha
