hmm... quickest way to get to see him a lot is to get to high floors like 15+ range, best way to do that is either finding a good distractor teammate (although thats insanely difficult i can't recommend) or using a quick moving toon like goob. yeah you'll be slower at extracting machines but the survivability of toons like that makes it worth it imo, plus sticking magnifying glass on anything makes them way quicker at extraction if you can land the skill checks
