6. Sickly's speech Sickly speaks very disorganized. To make it so random people and monsters don't recognize what they're talking about, they talk in wingdings.

5. Sickly's life after the story ended Sickly ran away from the hospital, to escape Layla. They ran far away into the woods and found an abandoned hospital. They started a new life. Them and Rust revamped the whole hospital and recruited other survivors to create a new home. Sickly took on the name Blank Realities, or Blank for short. They started taking in children and teens who needed help. Unfortunately, Sickly's dark mind stayed with them. They latched onto the idea that these kids "needed to be cured" and so would force these children to wear rabbit masks because rabbits represent purity and innocence.

4. Sickly's life before the hospital Sickly was born October 1, 2009 and was a healthy child. Sickly's mother (Anna Ramoe) had died of an unknown cause. Sickly's father (Johnathon Ramoe) was manipulative and generally just horrible. Sickly's older sibling (Elliot Ramoe) was their only support, but could not do much to help. Sickly's real name is Elis Ramoe, but latched onto 'Sickly' because they were always told they were sickly.

3. Why was Sickly even in a mental hospital? Sickly was hospitalized after a mental breakdown. Their mom had died and their father was shit, and they attempted to murder him.

2. Sickly did want to murder all of you They had mixed feelings about the investigators. If any of the investigators had figured out the entire story, well... that person would've never been seen again. (not literally, just in lore)
