That’s what we also think, it recognizes that it’s plugged in but doesn’t charge. Parents got a battery-repair kit that will hopefully help, but I think they’re also looking into having someone remove the screen and take a look if the first option does nothing. Thinking back at it, the battery was holding less and less, so it’s my fault for not saying anything and letting it get to this point.

Got a new one, but I can’t transfer ANYTHING to it since my old one decided to stop charging. All art, files, pictures, and animations are basically gone unless we can fix it for just long enough to transfer. I’ve had this thing for 4 years and all my main digital art was done on it. I had just finished something I was extremely proud of too. It actually died while I was finishing it so no time to at least share a picture. Also had a finished map part that I was trying to edit. Whoopie!
