ok so the reason oxi is small its because there in holy row and oxi is from nightmare town and there are lil kids that run around so oxi has to hide there monster form or else it will scare the children and they don`t want the kids to be scared of them btw oxi is a they/them and smiley is not mine it is Alimations oc
