This is waaaaay better then all your other works.

Here is some more advice. Don't draw so quickly. Now, you might not be like me taking my time but that is another way to get better. And don't post every minute. That's just annoying when your trying to find a funny or smooth animation and your stuff is everywhere.

Well you do need some practice. I would try and find a artist that you like and try to copy their stuff. If you do try that and post it on anything please give credit to the original or even their website. I did this and it helped me learn anatomy and hair. (This may not work for everyone) So don't quit just keep on trying!
