So this is how to draw anime face/eyes
So fill in the layer in peach, depending on the skin color actually-
Draw a nose - looking shape and use the paint roller tool (on black) to make a dark edge.
Next draw any eyelash outline depending on how big or small it is, and use the filler to color it in any color.
Draw 3 bottom eyelashes for girls
Next make a white outline and color it in, it won’t work with the fill tool.
Make a weird eye shape but with a highlight, and color it in with a slightly lighter color.
Make a small line just above the eyelash and then an eyebrow.
Use the paint roller tool (black) and shade cheeks, and mostly anywhere.
Add a smile!
