i ofc drink OTHER things but actual pure water isnt somethinf i consume a lot (IK ITS UNHEALTHY leave me be i dont intake enough daily nutrients as is)

im notoriously dehydrated (i tend to drink 1 bottle of water. liek every 2 weeks ☠️) and bc my throat is so itchy and scratchy ive been drinking more water than i ever have. 4 bottles in a week is insane for me i think this is a sign i gotta drink more water fr
