Also, sometimes I’ll feel like I’m dreaming in the middle of the day, its so weird. And i start freaking out cus i start thinking “what if i AM in a dream?” and then i go on to think “what if i wake up and i find out, my whole life has been a dream??” And then i freak myself out and have a panic attack. I think I have to get diagnosed for some sort of panic disorder

Nah. but i had a dream a few nights ago, my friend said the n word and i woke up in a cold sweat. I thought i pissed myself and my stomach hurt like hell. Took me a minute to figure out it wasn’t real….
