a failing musician makes a weird deal with demons or something and in return he gets an instrument that uses his life force or somethin similar essentially a living sentient succubus or incubus

i dont like a trope of having them fall in love or something, i want the musician to be basically manipulated in to doing things and end up being famous and end up dying in an alleyway

of course being something like that and the sake of entertainment and for the not so civilized people there can be spicy stuff but i think it would be more sad than anything else
