If you can't read the horrible writing or its to fast here's what it says 1.draw the eyes 2.eyelashes (optional) 3.color of the eyes (any color of your choice) 4.make a shape in the eye with the color white(it can be any shape 5.make a bunch of tiny dots with the smallest pencil 6.(optional) use the paint roller tool to have a more sparkly effect 7.use the paint roller tool and make it the second to last size and use the color white to make it brighter for half of the eye 8.(Shading) use the paint roller tool (again) and make the top part of the eye darker using black ( layer it 3 times) 9.(Blending) Use the paint roller and make the middle part darker with black. 10. Add shine to the eye using white 11.Add dots to the shaded part of the eye to give it more of a sparkly look in the eye (optional) Done! Probably no one is going to read this because it is so long ?
