Thornclaw is the deputy of Cavernclan, he is a big, tough, mmuscular tom cat and finds that he is..stronger than every other cat. he'd go tell what could be described as tall-tails to the apprentices about how he couragously faught two dogs. when in reality, he cowered in the corner as Snailstar faught. but no one bats an eye about it he is rather goofy and tends to slip up, making excuses that he was just trying to bring "Light to the gatherings"
