1, imagine being masc enby couldn't be him 2, legit shorter than the average cabbage boy 3, his voice claim would literally be older boy wonder (the version from the teen titans co cartoon) and literally talks like a dork 4, he's very dense, but book smart so he has that going for him

5, he actually has a very cool quirk but he has no clue how to use it, since he was neglected pretty much his whole life because his quirk didn't develop until way later, and what did show up wasn't what the people wanted, so no one cared :( but his quirk is like, elemental powers (not those lame elements of fire and water) but like, able to harness the power of oxigen and fine water, and all them other elements his quirk takes a lot of science knowledge to use, because it's weird but most of it is useless on its own so he has to do some fancy mixing stuff to make it make boom booms and such it can be useful that is if he ever learns how to use his weird ass quirk
