Tw psychosis

My hallucinations are coming back and like rn theyre only like borderline but it still freaks me the **** out Bc like that episode i had during the sumner made me realize that thwre is something ****ing really wrong like hrrrggg And it isnt helping that im maladptive daydreaming 80% of the day to the point my mind defaults to that first thing qhen i wake up and that i do it ao much im starting to feel their touch like like like right bow its onoy when thwy brush me with their nails specfically and this is really really really scary this is all signs of me going back to psychosis like i dont talk abt it but in sixth grade i went through it rlly rlly hard due to a lot of traumatic events and like its tearing me up mentally bc im just waiting for smth to happen that will breakbme again and ill just split like its terrifying and not being able to tel if im already in psychosis (which is a sign of psychosis so imagine how ****ing scary that is) is haunting me

Like i know thwy arent real but at the same time they are bc the multiverse and like all realities are real theyre just not real in this reality holy **** ya know?
