Okay so Snow isn't from our reality, she was created for one thing and one thing- destruction. She knows her purpose and she followed it for multiple millennia's before finally stumbling onto earth. Usually she would just yk- obliterate the planet. But she decided to see what it was like living on a planet, long story short she stayed there since. She can't die unless she was to be sucked up by a black hole but- she can't have that done obviously... she can age but her appearance can be changed depending if she changes it herself. The exploding thing yeah she can do that, she does it to like you know- kill people and what not but she's passive now :)

That's just a sloppy summary btw I can go into more detail some other time 💀
