I suggest not doing such a big of a head, and making the body bigger. 2. i suggest working on your lineart. 3.instead of doing just a dot for the nose, try a line or something. 4. make your color pallet unique! instead of pink, try pastels, like, pastel blue and pink! 5. you can try drawing the hair with more volume. 6. try making the eye bigger and not so close to the chin. 7. when using lighting for the hair, don't do lineart on it. that's all! And, this is a very good piece of art!
