I have that it’s not it’s fun let me tell you your whole life revolves around the food and how many calories you have ate if you age to much the previous day then you don’t let yourself eat at all the next day..... I also have depression and anxiety that led to that also there are so many rules that you make for yourself I hate it but I can’t snap out of it...
