*Is holding a suitcase in each hand* "Well the flight leaves in three hours-"

*Turns and heads out the door.* "To Kyoto!" *she says, seeming more happy than usual.* (her mom may or may not have sent her tea with the letter that makes people unnaturally happy and then willow unknowingly drank it)

*Arrives at the airport two hours later.* "Yey! let's go get on the plane! :D"

*45 minutes later they are boarding the plane and finding their seats on it.* "Seat H-29 and G-29? I like those numbers!" ^w^ *She sits down near the window.*

basically next 2 her *Gasps and looks out the window as the plane takes off* "look, Llaney, the clouds are so pretty :0" *she says, resembling a 5-year old*

*Giggles and stares out the window. It takes her only about 10 minutes to fall asleep.*

*8 flippin hours later she wakes up. Yawning, she looks around.* "Wait when did i get on a plane?"

"..." "nooOoO" *she say dramatically but also quietly.* "Dangit she outsmarted my again. Knew I shouldn't have drank that tea -.-"

"My mom. She always tries to get me to visit every year, and does stuff to make sure I arrive. Last year one of my uncles faked him own death." *she leans back in the char* "That long ago? Still got 4 hours to go then."

"Yeah. It's not some touching thing though, her and her neighbors always have a bet whether i'll show up or not. They usually lose because they're determined I won't come at all." *She stretches and wonders if the lady will come by and ask if they need anything anytime soon.* "Can't say I blame them."

*Sits up* "flip, your right." *She says suddenly* "I wonder if I can pass you off as a friend..? Eh, probably not, shes not stupid." She mumbles to herself then says out loud: "But hey, I'll get to see my dad I guess."

"Hnghhh so boreddddd" *she stares at the ceiling.*

"I dont kn ow. I think i usually have something bothering me so i don't notice time going so fast. But this is so looonnngggg."

"Im up for a movie." *She sits back up in the seat, fully alert now.*

"uhm...i don't know. You decide."

"Im up for anything, though. You can just close your eyes and pick at random and i'd still watch it." *She takes a pair of earbuds out of her pocket*

*alrighty they still got hour and half left rip*

"Hmm..I don't really wanna do either of them.." *She leans her head against her.* "Life, give more options please."

*She casually looks out the window.* "I'm bored :T. Though i'm pretty sure you know this."

"hmm..ill be right back I gotta go." *she gets up and vAnIsHeS*

(i bet plane bathrooms tiny af lol) *has no idea where te bathroom even is ;-;*

*definitely doesn't fall on her face when opening door.*

*Comes back and sits down. Insert hour of staring into space. 30 minutes left* "At least we gonna be there in 30 minute but i'm getting really bored of doing nothing." -M-

*when you cry inside cause your really impatient*

“That is dorky.” *pauses* “So is it bad that I did that already?”

“Good for me then.” ^^ *She smiles*

“DaNGiT. I wanna kiss you but thats innapropriate on a plane with all these kids around 3:<“ *She can’t help but resemble a grumpy five year old whos mom wouldn’t let them get a lolipop from the store.*

(Oof am hungry but lying down and too lazy to get up rip)

(Cri if only it were real) “It’s fine though, I guess, cause we can kiss before we get to my parents house and after we get off the plane. :3 *insert 20 minutes left*

*Insert willows basic akward laugh*

(I assume ypu fell asleep so ima go to sleep aswell)

(I dont know how i didnt fall asleep, I was lying on my bed with the lights off.)

O-O" "A-alright." *She basically stares out the window for the remaining few minutes, and when the plane lands she actually yells* 'YeS!' (-insert people looking at willow funny- rip willow lol)

"Yes, i'm starving." *She says, standing up and getting into the line to leave.*

Willow: "Let's go grab a bite to eat, then. Ive got enough yen, and I know a small restaurant that has the BEST Tonkatsu not to far from here." *She exits off the plane in front of Llaney.*

*Insert 10 minutes later Willows stopping in front of a shabby little restaurant in the middle of a busy street.* "ah, Chīsana sakana." *She says, looking at the sign above it.* (definitely didnt make that up *cough*)

^^ "Yes, it means 'The Little Fish'. They have got the best meats here, it doesn't get a lot of business because it's small and doesn't advertise, But a great place for sushi." *She grabs her hand and casually walks to the doorway and enters.*

*A waiter comes and points at a table for them to sit at in the corner. Willow sits down and picks up a menu. The waiter asks something and Japanese.* "What do you want to drink?" *Willow asks Llaney*

*She orders a a water and a melon soda, before picking up the menu.* “What do you? I can tell you what something is if you think it looks good.”

(what do you want* wHaT dO yOu??)

"It's not really a fancy place, don't worry. Just a casual small diner to grab a bite." *She orders a bowl of Tsukemen Ramen and Sake Nigiri.*

*Food Arrives some minutes later.* "yEs." *Hands Llaney some chopsticks and attempts to use some for her dish as well. She fails.* ;-;

"Yes. I can't ever use them correctly. ;~;" *Uses one to poke the egg in her Ramen.*

*She watches then attempts to use them. She manages to pick up the egg.* "Look, I did it. :3"

*She continues eating in silence, feeling kind of like a child who can't do anything on their own.*

*She smiles back.* "But wait, aren't you going to eat? You can have my Ramen if you don't like it."

*drinks some of the melon soda and looks- well stares absentmindedly- at Llaney as she does so.*

*Wants to feed her the sushi instead- cause shes Willow and Willow is that kind of a person. Uses her chopsticks to get a piece of pork out of her bowl and eats it.*

*Dramatic gasp.* D: *Uses chopsticks to steal one of her sushi. Two can play at this game.*

*Does so as well. This is the battle of food stealing.*

*Steals TWO* >;3

*realizes shes out of food now.* 'oh'

"No, you take it, it's yours."

"Yes, and what I want you to do is eat it."

^^ "I guess we should pay and get going then.." *She stands up and walks to the register.*

*Exits the shop some time later* "And now.." *sighs* "Well, guess ill head to my parents place then. I did come all the way here anyways."

"Yeah, your right." *she calls a taxi and pays the person before hand.*

"Well, my moms real judgmental and stuff. Doesn't agree with a lot of the things I do, including liking girls and not becoming a doctor." *She says thoughtfully.* "And my dad- well, hes an alright guy. Hes the nonhuman one, but he doesn't say much really."

*Smiles* "Maybe i'll be able to meet some of my dads relatives for once, though." *The taxi stops at the begging of a long street full of traditional styled Japanese homes, all about 20 feet apart with many plants and trees in the yard.* "Guess we're here."

"Thanks." *She puts one suitcase in each hand and sets off down the street.* "Let's see..Yeah, there it is." *She nods towards a house in the distance painted red and white with two Azaleas on either side of the door.*

*Finally reaches the door, and sets the suitcases down on the porch. She pauses before knocking though, but does it anyways. The door opens and she sees her mom there. Her mom looks at her, glances at Laney, then goes 'hmph' and walks off. Her dad steps foreword and smiles slightly, before nodding towards Llaney like 'who dis tho?'.*

"Oh, this is Llaney." *She says, pushing Llaney forewords. Her dad puts out his hand for her to shake.*

*He has a firm grip, which goes along with the suit and tie hes wearing. He nods politely and steps back to let them inside.* *Willow herself is also kind of nervous at this point, besides the fact it's her parents.*

*She walks in behind her and looks around. It seems the same as all the years before when shes visited, so its nothing special. Though she supposes the clean modern rustic japanese style must look breathtaking to Llaney.*

*She sees her mom in the kitchen cooking food with her back to everyone.* "Guess we can talk to my dad. Or I can show you my old room."

"Uh, a-alright." *The excitement surprised her a bit. "It's this way.." *She goes up the spiral staircase and onto the second landing. She walks down the hallway and stops besides a dark oak door on the right.*

"Yeah, I haven't been in it since I left though, couldn't bring myself too. Though, my dad told me last year that my mom wanted to turn it into another guest room but he convinced her not too." *she nervously turns the doorknob then lets go.* "Uhm- you do it."

*The red and white modern bed, polished dark wood floor, and pale white walls all seem like the rest of the house in style, but quite a bit of the room is different. The first noticeable thing is the posters all along the wall, which show different Anime shows, rock and pop bands, and two motivational ones including dogs. The large dresser across the room is closed, but on top of it lies a long row of stuffed animals and comic books. One of the posters is falling down and there are scratches on the wall, but besides that everything seems normal.*

*Willow looks around at it all.* 'Huh. I seem very basic of a person now."

"Well for me ive become different since then twice." *She says, walking around and absentmindedly looking at the various objects.*

"thankfully you met me after the second change.." *she mumbles to herself as she approaches her old dresser and opens it.* "I can't believe I would have wore this- D:' *she shows her a dull green kimono from the rack.*

"I find it hideous. But this ones cool." *She takes out another one that's the colour of deep purple with dandelions on it so it almost resembles stars.*

"Hey, this might be the one I wore to that school festival.."

"Yeah, there was an after school thing in high school to celebrate the new year. I went with a couple friends. It was a pretty fun time, that's when I-..Anyways, this is the kimono I wore there. My mom bought it for me, I think she was hoping some guy would see me and she could get rid of me haha."

"Uh- well it's kinda when.." *She stares at the dresser* "That's when I realized I liked girls." *She says kinda quietly.* "Anyways, it's not important." *she says, closing the dresser drawers.*

*plops down on the bed next to her* "Hey, do you think I can convince my dad to let me meet some of his relatives? He always seems to say something like 'it's for the best' or 'your to young to go down there' and stuff."

"It's no biggie for my dad, he disappears right on the spot sometimes through his portal thingy and he would never let me go with him." *she resembles her mom slightly when she says this* "Anyways, I used to go down there all the time when I was small, i just don't remember much of it."

*lies on her back* "I figured it would vary, some places would be like the mild ghetto places up here and others would be really bad, depending on the kinds of them living there.."

"Hmm..I don't think the part my dads family is in is that bad, since hes one of the few that came here instead of staying."

*There's a knock on the door.* "Yes?" *She sits up as the door opens.* Her dad: "Dinner will be ready in around an hour from now. Also, It's going to be dark soon, you should decide whether your staying here or getting a motel."

(alrighty) "Llaney, I'll probably get a hotel room, but if you want to crash here that's fine." *her dad starts to close the door* "Hey-wait" *she follows him out the room, leaving Llaney alone for a few secs*

*She comes back into the room.* "yEs!" *jumps onto the bed* "He said that he might introduce me to one of my aunts or something." :D

*Sits up.* "Anyways i'm gonna check into a hotel online right quick.* "Takes out phone.*

"They're not scary peo-" *thinking about it for a moment. Dads a demon who always seems calm and doesn't say much, and mom is usually scary anyways especially when she's mad.* "nevermind your right."

"Alright. Should I sign up for 1 or 2 bed? Ohhey, they have breakfast in bed if you order it, but also a breakfast buffet."

"h-hah- yeah okay. Your right, it probably will be and this yen is supposed to last me the whole week, so we could probably go to the buffet."

“I think the answer is obvious though?”

*insert awkward laugh again* "A-anyways you wanna look through my old stuff?"

*Looks around, then ducks and looks under the bed, pulling things out at random.*

*Pushes aside horror, lewd, and comedy comics probably hidden from mom a long time ago, pushes aside more stuffed animals, and a pair of shoes.* "there's not a long under here."

“Eh its nothing really important, just shoes and comics and dusty stuffed animals.”

“I didn’t start hiding stuff until I was a teen. I didnt hide posters, I hid comic books. When I was a kid, the thing hiden beneath the bed was me.” *She takes out a comic book and wipes off layers of dust with her thumb.*

“I don’t know lemme check..” *she blows the rest of the dust off the cover to read the title.* “The.. Advedu- Adventures of..Cantain, no, Captain,..Min Suko. The Adventures of Captain Min Suko! English edition, of course.” (*makes up something random*)

“Uh, well, basically it’s a series about this girl, named Min Suko, who lives in the future. The worl gets invaded by aliens who have had their homeplanet destroyed and want to make deals to use earth, the moon, and mars as homes. The government lets them live in exchange for valuables, and they do for multiple years. But then rivarly breaks out, and Min Suko teams up with an alien girl named Kivana or something and they try to stop it.” *Says this all kinda quick.* “It wasnt very popular, but 16 year old me loved it.”

“Yeah, this comic series is kinda like that with trying to prevent a war and it happens anyways. Though this book is also a romance at the same time so it ended sucky with the two just running away together as the planet explodes. I remember being angry about it for weeks.”

“Yes. I remember now thats why theyre under my bed. I wanted to throw them away, but my mom would find them in the trashcan. So I just left them here.”

“Burn them? My moms got the nose of a bloodhound. I’m going to go get some fresh air.” *Walks over to the other side if the room and slides open a door onto a small of fancy balcony.”

*Walks ouside to dArknEss* “what- when did it get dark??” * stumbles around on the area enclose by a short fence.*

*trips* (ooooo watchaa saaaayyyy..) ‘Oof’

“Yes.” *She gets up and heads back inside. The only thing off us that shes got a bloody nose.*

“Huh?” *Looks down and sees blood on her shirt.* “Oh.”

“Yeah.” *She looks down at the drops on her shirt.* “It’s red, so it doesn’t hurt or anything. I’ll go clean this up in the bathroom.”

*Whoosh into bathroom. Whoosh out of bathroom.* “I forgot to grab another shirt.” *Goes back and forth a couple times*

“Done!” *Shirts inside outwards, but thats it.* “Alrighty lets go see if dinner is ready.”

"Yes, but I can't get it back over my head." *Walks towards the door to leave the room*

'...' *Fights the urge to laugh and whooshes down the hall till she gets to the stairs then walks slowly so her mom don't notice*

*The smell of foOd hits Willow's nostrils. She stops and takes it in. They must be having Miso Soup and Sashimi. She takes another deep inhale. Her mom added more spices than usual and the smell of the sashimi makes her stomach growl hungrily.* "Do you like shrimp?"

“If you don’t we can just stop somewhere on the way to the hotel.” *Now shes thinking sbout it, her mom might not her eating with them anyways and going to a restaurant is probably for the best.*

(Lol) “Yeah..I dont think my mom likes you that much, not because of who you are though. And my dad doesnt mind you, hes probably trying to figure out why your familiar or something.,” *Willows dads family is well known, and hes probably meet family of Laneys at some point. Willow hollers to her family that their leaving and heads out the door.”

“Hmm..?”

“Oh yeah. Well were coming back the day after tomorrow to see my dad about the trip.” *Walks back down the neighborhood and unto the main street, where she calls fir a taxi cause she cant whistle.*

*Eventually gets to the hotel and checks in.* “okay the room is C68 so..lets look for it..”

*Walks pass it and doesn’t notice.*

“I was, but i kinda loss track of what I was doing a few minutes ago.”

*Looks behind her, sees door and embarrassingly walks towards it.*

“Thanks.” *Uses the keys to unlock the door and enter the room.*

“If it wasnt the key wouldnt have worked.” *Looks around at the hotel room. Its simple but nice, they entered into the kitchen/LivingRoom and the only doors left are the ones leading to the bedroom and bathroom.* “Its kinda small, but bigger than what I usually rent.”

“Glad you like it.” *Checks out thr bathroom and the bedroom then facepalms suddenly* “I just remembered we forgot to get something to eat.”

"There's supposed to be a pizza place downstairs and a Chinese food place next to the hotel we can order from." *Grabs the Hotel phone from on top of the dresser.* "Chinese or Pizza?"

"Alright, i'll order a pizza." *Dials the number and walks into the bathroom to make the call*

"Yea, and a side of rice." *opens the bathroom door.* "Yes. Okay. Thanks, bye." *bEEp- hangs up*

*sees* "uh- Y-your bags next to the couch.." *opens the bedroom door and plops down on the bed. Grabs remote and turns on tv.*

*Surfs through the different channels. Cooking show. Kids channel. Romance. Stand-Up Comedy. Horror. Another Cooking Show. Another Cooking Show.*

"Hey." *Decides on a horror show from the 1990s*

"Some 1990s Horror show. I'm not completely sure.."

*Guy in the movie does something really stupid and ends up getting killed so willow chuckles.* "idiot.."

*yawns*

"No. I don't know why I yawned."

(-cant think of much more to do scree-) *Door bell rings*

"Only if you want to, cause I don't mind getting up."

"Good point." *hops up and opens the door.* "yEs pIzZa!" *pays for it and dashes into the kitchen*
