The main guy with the trench coat, is Jason, Jason: Jason is a Borderlands (not the game) Protector and searcher, meaning he shoots monsters en-caves people in a jail if they do something wrong, he has permission to shoot someone and he also searches for extra loot within a person or within the land. You could say hes kind of like an FBI agent, though he is on his own and comes up whenever he does, you just never know. He owns his own guns which has the marking of "EVBI" on it.
