sure! id want to say glitching but I didn't wanna say that and piss ya off if that wasn't the effect you were aiming for... but yes that!

i made that by just messing around, honestly, but i do think it looks pretty cool
it's three separate frames. I made the first one by tracing the frame right before it but making the lines very sketchy, then using the eraser tool on a small size to make the lines look doted. Then I added color to it. That's the first frame.
The third frame is basically the same thing, only i traced the the frame that comes after it instead.
The middle frame is meant to look like an inbetween position of the frame before it and the one after it, only i duplicated that sketchy lineart twice and spread those out on either side of the og
as for the yellow eye-crown.. stuff, I just have the first sketchy frame with yellow eyes, the second one dragging a yellow line between the three eyes, and the third one having yellow lines but forming an angle facing up so that it connects with the yellow angle that shows up in the next frame
hope that atleast kinda makes sense
