She's basically a computer virus- She's controlled by a company that uses her to steal people's money👧 They put her as an ad for everything really(depends on who's device it is) and when u click on it she pops up and puts that person into a trance👷and makes the person donate money till there's nothing left😒it erases their memory afterwards so they wouldn't know until they checked a while afterwards🌚It only stays on the device for like 20-30 minutes and it stays on there even if u try to exit out or turn off the computer Might just call it T.A.P(the amazing Penelope since idk-that how everyone descrives her🏃amazing) This virus mostly targets large or small businesses bc there are more ppl which means more money👮the ppl who control it have many many bases tho so its hard to track everyone down😔 Btw u cant get controlled if u have bad vision,colorblind,and are wearing sunglasses or colored glasses
