Linkone of the sick things about endwalker is that i’m getting to play pictomancer!! i think i mentioned previously how i really wanted to play picto. i caved and bought dawntrail a bit ago and picked it up so i could like. have a grasp on how it works before i got to endwalker. its really fun!! tho bc ew starts at 80 i stopped myself from playing it until i got to ew, so i’m going through with gunbreaker and picto!!! and was usin my other 4 jobs interchangeably. that’s now 5. oh cod. shb why did you make me start tanking and healing this is a disaster. anyway yeah picto’s really fun and i find it comical how much dps it does. it is fun tho having to think of like hmm when do i use my motifs in the middle of fights, i could be casting or i could take a few seconds to prep my stronger attacks
i got this art idea last night but wanted to go for an art style closer to rabbit & steel. i attempted, i failed, and defaulted to my normal art style. i did want to have a messy look though due to the job’s artsy vibes

Linki am so good at writing sentences. so like until i got to ew i’ve been using my 4 dps interchangably in roulettes to level them, but since i’m now doing gunbreaker and picto in msq, i now have to level my 80 sage. so for the past few days i’ve exclusively used sage in all our roulettes except leveling (which me and my dad are leveling our machinist and astrologian with, respectively) which has made for some. uh. interesting experiences. had to use a lv 3 healer limit break last night because nearly everyone was dead and i was fumbling res’ing ppl bc my macro barely works. and i couldn’t remember the raid mechanics. :’) its always fun when we get a raid we haven’t done synced in our normal raid roulettes too!
I wanna play Gunbreaker but I never liked the way Pictomancer looked honeslty
i loooove the visual effects, im just sad that i dont get to see them that much while actually playing xp i kinda see why my parents said it looks stupid now but i see bright saturated colors n my brain is happy
gunbreaker is rough at lower levels so i'm hoping i'll understand it better when i get to 90, i have no clue what im doing at 80. i do like how it kinda feels like bard tho, with all its ogcds and damage buff. though bc of that i feel like i can't play it well w/o a guide 😵💫 tanking stresses me out tho i hate leading groups
I don't mind leading groups, in fact, my starting class was Gladiator
