she throws me around, hits me, grabs me
and human skin is gross

People who act like this are usually from families where they are emotionally neglected. Its nice that you aren't trying to be mean to her but she's really being unacceptable. Its okay to do whatever you need to do to get her off your back.
You could try saying "I can't hang out with you if you keep touching me like this." If she makes you feel bad for that- remember that this isn't any less serious just because you two are both females. If this was **a boy** touching you, being obsessed with you, hitting you, and trying to make you feel guilty about it- this would be a sexual offense. Not trying to be dramatic but people who act like this have the mindset of trying to see how much they can get away with pushing other people's boundaries. She is literally acting like a rap*st.
