Linkhonestly idk. i know quality sometimes the right choice, but when it comes to drawing at can go either way. quantity can be messy doodles that are fun for the artist, but quality has you make yur art the best it can be. so really it depends

LinkRight, quality is good, but it's still good to draw a few scribbles and such, for example, maybe when you're less motivated you could make crapposts, or just a bit easier art to draw to take a break from all that hard work, and it's good to make quality if you have enough motivation to do that
