Linkbut whenever they even see the sight of the bottle, they just go crazy and fly around to not get sprayed pfft

I'd suggest giving them a treat after spraying them.
That way they learn that allowing you to spray them will not have a negative effect. They should instead look forward to the treat.
Then again I don't know your birds, but that would be my suggestion.
