Chapter 14 Don’t Underestimate Me “Come at me with all you got,” Todoroki said looking calm but stern. I closed my eyes and I felt my arms full of power. I turned on my quirk. After that incident I have been practicing to turn on and off my quirk. I could sense muscle movement all around me. I could make out the structures in my head as I could sense how they were built. The structure of muscle I could feel right in front of me a meter or two away, was Todoroki-Kun. The structure sitting down must have been Midoriya. I could feel a structure behind me jerking around, I put the structure together in my head trying to build an image. I knew it was Bakugou, he was snapping his fingers and his arms were all tense up. I opened my eyes looking at Todoroki-Kun. I could still since the muscle movements around me, from the birds in the air to people around me. I couldn't sense any more structures past around 20 meters.

I clenched my fists by my side and went into a fighting stance. Legs apart, my side facing the front of Todoroki- and my arms close but far apart in the front of my body in fists. I was sort of in like a kick boxing pose. I closed my eyes for a second and could feel a structure leaning against the house. The structure seemed to be inside of the house. Someone was watching. I closed my eyes once again to try and build up the body structure in my head. The structure of the body was wide, and the body was tense. Large arm,Chest, and abdomen muscles, I think I knew who it was but wasn’t one hundred percent sure. I opened my eyes and glanced toward the house, there I saw a similar face looking out of a window. Master Enji. “Why is he watching? Why isn’t he stopping me? He must have gotten the email from Recovery Girl by now” I asked myself. “I must beat Todoroki-Kun, I must impress him then maybe he can train me” I thought to myself looking at Todoroki-Kun.

I waited, wanting Todoroki-Kun to make the first move. I closed my eyes and felt his muscle movement in his arm rise up. I opened my eyes and dogged his ice attack. I closed my eyes tightly, turning off my quirk and grasping my right arm in pain. I looked back up at Todoroki-Kun, and held my wrist, tightening the bands. I clenched my fisted and waved my hand from right to left releasing one of the strings inside of my gadget. It flew with force, the blade at the end of it landed next to Todoroki-Kuns side on the ice pillar. I smiled as he looked at the small blade attached to the other side of the blade. “Careful Todoroki-Kun” I say as he looks at me in surprise. “I am not new to things like this, I used to do this with my father at the pawn shop all of the time. My aim is very good” I said, jumping up in the air and landing on my knee and foot a few feet away from my original spot.

I brought my right arm towards my chest and jerked it to the right side of Todoroki-Kun making the second string fly out of my arm gadget. The string landed on the other side of Todoroki on to the ice. “Now what do you plan on doing?” he said looking me in the eyes and made me smile. “Why, I am going to pull of course,” I say, pulling the strings toward me. My arm struck with pain, I grinded my teeth and pulled harder. “Azuman-San!” I heard Midoriya yell as I looked over to see him. He stood up fast and started to run towards my aid. “Stop!” I yelled. “I have to do this, I have to prove myself, I must win” I said as I pulled harder and harder walking towards Bakugou. The ice started to crack as I pulled harder and kept walking slowly forward. I turned to see Todoroki-Kun leaping out of the way as the ice broke and flung forward towards me, I jumped up dodging the ice. I landed on my ankle twisting and and losing my balance I fell to the ground.

In pain I grabbed my shoulder and grinded my teeth looking up at Todoroki-Kun. I flung my arm releasing the strings inside. One hits Todoroki-Kun just barely, grabbing his shirt and pinning him to the fence. I release the other one making it catch his sleeve and pining it to the top of the fence. I started to run fast towards him. I saw him move his right foot, shooting ice pillars in my direction. I ran out of the way dodging his attacks and stopping in front of him. I look up into his eyes. “Don’t ever underestimate me again,” I say, closing my eyes turning on my quirk. I put my hand on his chest. “Got you” I said quickly backing up, opening my eyes. I could feel my arms tense up and I looked into his eyes grinning. He looked back at me astonished. I clap my hands together, tipping my head from side to side, herring my neck pop. I pull back the string into my wrist gadget, and slowly raise my right hand up in the air. I felt my other hand shaking in fear of hurting him again.

I closed my eyes sensing his presence and moving my hands picturing in my head, how his muscles will move. I opened my eyes to see Todoroki-Kuns body moving how I pictured. His body, completely still. I held him in that position as I walked towards the fence. I release the knives in my gadget a little bit and I start to jab the ice that was in my way to get over the fence. The ice slowly breaks off. I look to see Todoroki-Kun’s face in agony. I start to shake, shake in fear, having a flashback of what happened last time I saw him in this pain. He was in the hospital at then time. I can’t bear to see him like this again. I close my eyes, turn off my quirk and hop over the fence seconds before Midoriya’s phone goes off for the alarm. I slid down the fence sitting down. Knees close to my chest and eyes watering.
