Ok ok ok... six is the lady's daughter, the lady has powers as we see, she presumably eats souls. So dose six, her daughter. The lady is beauty obsessed. If you edit the song the TV plays with the janitor one of the lines is 'he cut veronica' so I think Veronica is the lady. We see her with one eye throughout the pictures in her shrine area. Whoever cut her, ,must have cut her eye out. Leading her to envy her daughter's beauty and try to force her eye out. It's doesn't work so the mother becomes more jealous. The lady plans to kill six so the father sends her to the outside world where she is safe. Later she gets brought back to the maw by force when someone from the maw finds her. and thus her adventure begins. The quest to kill her mom! Also her name is Six because she is the sixth little nightmare. The family picture thing has five figures six is the sixth member of the family.They should have the soul eating powers too because six and her mom do and six should be the sixth one. So that's my theory.

So ya... there is way more mystery and that's why I love this game. More mysterious than BATIM

hey, that's a neat theory...and I hate to tell you this, but the lady, and six are not related. If you look at the Little Nightmares website, somewhere it says that Six and the lady do not have a mother-daughter relationship. Also, The Lady still has both of her eyes, she only wears her mask to hide the monstrosity that she has become. Her face gave me chills down my spine when I first say it. That picture in the shrine area is just to trick people..

Lol, the monsters were probably complete strangers but what they looked like in her eyes. It's confirmed they were on a ship in the storyline, so the cook was the boat cook.
