There was a user (forgot the name of) who drew a picture of Deku. Katsudeku said "this will get featured" when they first uploaded it. One day later it was suddenly featured. I think flipanim only notices when bigger influences comment on them. Then he features them. Possibly because flipanim doesn't want to let the person's hopes down. I think he'd feel bothered.
