LinkWell, perhaps you can tell
I’d rather hold on here for my time,
We’ve grown tired of faded lights and smothered air
a weary pack of lolling tongues and lidded eyes.
Follow the tracks in the snow, over the barren land,
a dry hopeless journey,
I’m hard pressed to continue until I’m free and
Time
time will pull us through,
fall to the beat of our hearts, and repeat
Stay on track, keep to the beat of the days and
Stay,
stay on the paths we pulled through,
We’ll make it to the end of this and
Go
go and find what exactly I’m supposed to do,
Then I fall into the point of my life
And I don’t forget
we have no need for the tick tock nonsense
Calling from the other side of our world
and repeat
Fall to the beat of hearts in the dark
the only way we know we’re not alone
And we cling to that sound
I, the stone heart warrior, pressed for bad weather,
Defeated, but free,
on the lonely paths that may lead home

Link I search for the sun in rocky ghost hills,
overgrown evergreen, snow-laden wandering
Lowly wanderer,
sore and bruised in heartfelt weary
searching for the moon in the flowing glass
Waters that pull us through the thorns
and falling to the beat of windy russling.
And here he stands, a bleak nothing against the splendor,
Grinning, as he tilts his head at the captive world
“No spell-bound captive shall I be
To see through eyes of wonder
This world in which we stand,”and
“Show me the visage of Beauty
Upon a face of Falsehood.”
