Now for the real reason why I have depression. I can't control my anger. My body just controls itself and I can't do anything about it. I got so angry I slap or threaten someone, and that gets me in trouble. Once I even threatened a kindergardener to kill their family, and that's when I realised I can't take over my body when it comes to anger and being mad.

I'm alright with explaining my depression on the internet where people don't really know who I am but in real life, I can actually feel their opinion going against me. Judgement and guilt goes through my head whenever I go to bed.

People know how you feel Even I knowing not easy to control anger I had to go throug medication group therapy and none of that worked.....then one day I was just relieved (this is not a religion thing). What I’m saying is that you gotta know where it comes from. You know it comes from depression, so if you find out what’s causing you depression you can just, well do the opposite of the thing that made you sad or just forget it by just not caring about it frankly when ever I get to that point where I’m threatening to kill someone I either play it of as a joke or just not care later
