yeah I saved up to buy my only one, and I want to buy more so Im not smell bad, but I usually just wash mine weekly and with the rest of my laundry even though its not supposed to be machine washed, and its held up pretty well, although a layer is coming out, its in the back so it doesnt matter, and it took a while for that to even start happening
its greta you have a local center for lgbt+ youth!! if I had one Id probably be too nervous to try and go lol. but my school has an lgbt+ club and Ive been thinking about signing up for it (and if youre not out they always schedule the same time as art club so you can lie to your parents and they will give you a drug consent form for art club too)
i usually make my own binders my layering fabric and tieing it together with string or i layer sports bras uwu

make sure not to make them too tight though,, i used to tie them reallllly tight and i found out how bad it is the hard way ^^;;; stay safe with your binder <3
