Rogue is indeed a windago( like the title says) but in stead of killing people, he refuses to hurt anyone, unless they apose a threat to his secrecy or himself. Yes he does live in the woods. I has a feeling he is the only one of his kind, he also thinks the cause of it is humans, so he holds a grudge for them. Either way he usually try to heal others then try to kill them.
