But you needn’t worry about this! Put on deodorant or something like that every 3 or 4 hours. Change it at night to sleep pads. Don’t forget to throw them out. Ask your mum as well or your grandma if you need any female support from family!

Well, where does it hurt? Around the stomach area? If so, probably cramps. Dont worry though, being active and an ibuprofen ALWAYS helps.
