I've emailed the creators. I can't find a way to recover as the initial set up email is wrong. But I've explained that usernames should never be the same as passwords and I don't think Eden will make the same mistake again - she didn't actually give the password out apparently? But anyway, she's completely heartbroken after pouring hours of work into this and cried for hours so like if that was the intention... Good for you, you broke a little girls heart. Hopefully they get back to me and we're able to recover the account but I'm not getting her hopes up.
