Eh, 50/50 but you're not really to blame. I've been feeling like this for a few months now.
Is there a reason or does it feel like this just appeared out of nowhere?
It kinda happens out of nowhere most of the time? Although certain things can start it from time to time, like writers block or doing badly while singing. But yeah, usually randomly
Do you limit your time on the internet or give yourself breaks from it?
I know I sound like those parents who say that everything is bc of the phone but things like this could come from comparing yourself or just being around negativity daily on the internet.
(Especially when on fa, this place can get tiring especially for people who breathe positivity like the two of us)
Another thing I could think of is this is just apart of growing up. I don’t have many things to say about this one, only reason is bc I haven’t lived through it as much as the first theory I had.
