One big thing me and my mom used to fight about is how to treat my hair
My hair was long and wavy and when I brushed it it would look *frizzyeven though it was clean and brushed
I hated it and my mom told me to use hair spray or gel and I hate the feeling
I liked my hair to feel soft and like.. HAIR
eventually I found out if I braided my hair each night before I could have my wavy hair stay in shape without products
My mom hated it alot
I did what I wanted to do with my hair to make me. happy
I’m not sure if you have the same hair type or situation but yeah I relate to this alot
yeah... everything you said is the same thing my mom said/did
She always made me upset by telling me to look into a mirror and how messy and bad my hair looked but she never tried to help me. the brush i have are not meant to be used on my hair. It doesn't work for my hair.. there's ofc other things she does. And it just feels like she hate me or something. I don't like the relationship I have with her.
