I think if a groomer is 15-16 and they have been told repeatedly that their behavior is wrong and INCREDIBLY immoral, whilst also being REPEATEDLY educated on WHY it's wrong and such, and they STILL decide to exhibit those behaviors towards those younger than them (or just people in general) i feel as if they should be treated the same exact way groomers above the age of 17 would be treated aswell. And while you may think, "kittycat717?! Isn't this common sense?!" While that is true I fear ALOT of people lack that common sense hence why i am ranting about this I've seen QUITE ALOT of people "forgive" or "feel bad" for repeat offenders just because they're young. If you aren't a victim of that individual, it isn't your place to forgive them or feel bad for them whatsoever.

While I do believe in people changing, i do NOT believe in letting predators get away scot-free just because they're younger than the average pedo. I have seen so many people sympathize with individuals like this, and it disgusts me to a horrible extent. I know, I get it, you feel bad for them because they were, most likely, once a victim, too. But that doesn't mean you can just disregard the fact that they've VICTIMIZED others and will CONTINUE ON DOING SO if they don't realize the harm they're doing. I'm 14, and I'm a victim of grooming myself. I haven't gone around grooming other people just because I was groomed, so why does that give them an excuse? It doesn't. I understand everyone's maturity level is different, but that doesn't mean we should just let people disregard their morals and ignore the consequences they face because of that ignorance. If you've been told the hard truth, if you've been educated on why it's wrong, then there's no excuse to continue traumatizing others.
