try to make ur lines confident and make ur noses on dogs/cats simpler like a triangle. a realistic nose on a cartoon face looks weird

Referring to what Vivi said, your anatomy is off. Don't make the arms overlap the body, make it go on the sides of the body. The ears are kind of too large for the head. I know you're trying to emphasize those ears, but sometimes it might look better when you do it differently. Try using a smaller size utensil to draw. Heads less round. -Oh wait nevermind, you should leave it round because you want your cartoony style.
Remember, if you really like drawing, do it to improve, and not just draw.
