hey, to get follows you have to EARN it, and it depends on what other people think of you. if they think you post very good art then they will follow you, and vice versa. Some people just follow everybody they see. you can't just TELL people to follow you, if you do then they won't. so maybe you need to put some more effort and color in your anims, and more people will follow and like.
