I don't hate anything in your art but you can use more different colours to shade :P

YOU MADE IT TO 700!!!!!!!!!!!

try making the noses smaller, and the tears less big if they're crying. when you draw blood, i suggest looking at references since it doesn't look good if it's just lines and there's no specific cut they're bleeding from. try experimenting with shading and lighting with colors! for example, use a light blue when shading over something white. i'll add more if i see anything else that i think you can improve on :>

Try adding more color! Look at a color wheel if you are having trouble matching colors. And maybe make the eyes smaller, and practice shading. other than that you're fine :)

while shading look at a color wheel to find contrasting colors to shade with then lower the opacity to give it more vastness. try shrink a eyes by a little bit and the nose should maybe also get smaller these are just tips happy early bday!!
