First you need 160 primogems to buy 1 intertwined fate or acquaint fate, then you wish on these things called "banners"
And if you wish enough to get the 50/50 you get a five star character
You can only get four or five star characters btw
I got Bennet and sucrose by losing the 50/50 tho because my sibling did that shit for me
