Burn seemed a decent ruler. Sure, brutal, but she wasn't overly ambitious. Her guards were fed. So Burn
But burn has standards- Blister was willing to be ruthless any which way. At least Burn used war, which is more organized then the trickery and assassination and betrayal used by Blister.
I say Burn... because she likes to kill people (dragons) and that's the only thing we have in common with each other...
Burn is a dragon that kills dragons and mounted their heads on sticks outside of her stronghold. Not the best material for a sandwing queen.
Blaze is a dimwitted idiot that has never seen arithmetic in her life. She has no idea what goes on outside of her own rainbow-filled princess land with gems and jewelry, where all the idiots go to play. Not a good option, either.
