I wasn't always as good as I am now, you want some drawing tips? ^^

When drawing, take your time. Most of my drawings take days in fact. Try different poses and perspective, profile view (side view) is my favorite. Try looking up references (pictures used to look at and help you draw) on google, try finding a reference that is closest to the pose and perspective you're drawing it.

Just practice a whole bunch on paper and FA as well, it'll help you get better! Also draw sketches on one slide and skip to the next slide and use the transparency to see your sketch on the next page.

Also, shading and lighting are super important. Use a light grey plus the roller tool for light lighting and a dark grey for shading.

For colored glows, use a color that is grey, but still looks kinda like the color of your glow that you want and use that color.
