OK SO! Cups illness is called the blood illness he always feels pain in his side,throat,and chest he also became depressed cause he know hes gonna die and doesnt want his friends to become depressed or have to take care of him effects his illness gives him are throwing up blood,pain in his throat,chest,side ect, and he is slowly dying (SORRY FOR THE DEPRESSED STORY OF CUPHEAD.EXES ILLNESS)
