i keep getting these videos on youtube shorts of people like lip syncing to that horrible heathens song saying things like "wow you wish you could go into foster care because your parents are abusive? this is the TRUTH" god they're so annoying lol

things like this one like half of these people are just lip syncing while telling you that staying with abusive parents is better than.... gasp.... going to therapy and having social workers not like your parents who you had to get removed from lmao theyre just so annoying
Coming from a kid in foster care, I can say this;
Foster care is definitely a huge help as long as you have proper support, a proper placement, and proper foster parents who actually care about you instead of just leaving you neglected and alone
I must say that therapy kinda sucks, especially when you have walls built around your feelings, (like me), but it's still super important
The trends are pretty annoying, especially seeing them when you ARE a kid in foster care, but just because it's a seemingly fake trend doesn't make it entirely false.
I see that half the things in the video you linked are actually TRUE issues that even I STRUGGLE WITH in foster care
