7/10 Maybe try shading a bit and try scribbling on the book so it looks like he is actually reading something. Also try shading and lighting the hair a bit to give it some texture. Also add some glow to the candle by using the paint roller

My mistake, there is no candle. That was ink. I looked at it through the attachment so I thought it was a candle. Sorry for that.

Could use a better background. Maybe put some dots on the guitar to make it realistic. The clothes could be more wrinkly, and shade the gray shirt a little more. 8.5/10

9/10 There could be more branches. The blending needs to go up a notch. And the bird be more feathery, other than that it's pretty good

Also, last thing. The head of the bird isn't shaded/blended enough, which is fine for your first try at actual realism art.
