1 what do you use for your fast scenes like when lee was getting knocked by the rasegen
2 how do you make them "teleport"

1. I dont know what you mean by "use" but, I used wind sakuga, which is basically the frames of wind coming from every direction one by one. They usually come in two frames. I also shook the platform for dramatic effect and moved the background when he got blasted back.
2. Just use smear frames going to the direction they are moving in, then do it again to the destination and add the character afterward :/
